All you have to do to get the lowest price match is to present proof (e.g. quote, final costs on the cart, etc.) of the competitors advertised price for the identical product, during the time of the purchase. If you are purchasing online, please send an email to sales@gilaniengineering.com.au with your proof of a competitor’s lower price. This can be in the form of a screenshot, invoice, etc.*. The supplied proof must show the offer’s date and any terms and conditions they have set.
Once the price match request is verified and approved by our team by making sure the competitor’s product is confirmed as being in stock and available for immediate sale using the same payment method, we will gladly match the price.
Our Lowest Price Match guarantee applies to all wheelchairs and scooters identical from an authorised Australian retailer or reseller that are:
*An identical product means an identical model number, pack size, components and warranties (including non-identical warranties).
We also take into account the added cost of delivery. If your Gilani Engineering order will receive free shipping and the competitor's order will not receive free shipping, we will include an appropriate shipping charge in the competitor's price before calculating the price match.
